I appreciated the hotel's convenient access to transportation. The subway station was really close to the hotel entrance. Tick Tock Diner offered convenient meals right next door. I could walk through the lobby for 24-hour seating. I liked that security personnel ensured only guests accessed the elevators.

loose tiles thin walls

the hotel was conveniently close to penn station which met my needs well.

the room felt quite dated the bathroom was in need of some repairs as tiles were loose i also found it difficult to control the room temperature it was either too hot or too cold this was not ideal for a comfortable stay. i could also hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms the walls seemed thin. this disturbed my sleep.

a decent stay in a good location

excellent location dining options old carpets small room

the location was excellent. penn station was a short walk. the empire state building and times square were also easily accessible (about 10 minutes). there were many dining options near the hotel.

the hotel showed its age. the carpets looked old and the walls had some wear. my standard room felt small. there was no refrigerator to store insulin for my husband.

solid choice

art deco style caring staff comfortable room central location

i thought the art deco style looked really nice. staff care and make sure all guests are looked after, i noticed. my room was comfortable and well serviced. the hotel location is very central, i appreciated that.

the gym have fees and amenities fees charged to people. i not use them and still have to pay them.
